One of my favourate nonprofits is going to be featured by the CBC this week. HomeStart Foundation will be featured on Tuesday, March 6th on CBC Radio 690 AM. Listen at 0820 for Margaret Gallaghers’ spot on the Early Edition.

Can you imagine living in Vancouver and not having a bed to sleep in or a chair to sit on, or a table to eat a meal around? That is the situation for some. I would encourage you to consider supporting this organization through donations of money, of furniture that is good shape, or even volunteer your time to move furniture into the apartments and homes of people that will really need it.
